PMT-1-SM greatly increases the adhesiveness of mortar applied to masonry. Mortar enhanced with PMT has more body and cohesiveness, making it easier to work with.

Untreated stucco absorbs water through its surface, which causes staining, cracking and oxidation of any metal reinforcement. Stucco properly treated with PMT is waterproof, which eliminates these problems.
